IDX corrected, led by banking sector
Financeroll – Midday IDX dropped as investors selling their holdings in banking sectors as negative sentiments linger.
Previously IDX opened weaker as negative sentiment came from Asia and global markets, prompting selling act.
The pressure continued until IDX dropped to its lowest today at 3,929.194.
The end of the first session recorded IDX to drop 33.364 points or 0.85% to 3,923.712 and LQ45 index dropped 7.982 points or 1.17% to 678.245.
Sales were made by local and foreign investors mainly in banking and infrastructure sectors then followed by other sectors, only property sectors remain strong.
Trades recorded 54.797 transactions volume in 2.688 million shares worth Rp1.772 trillion. 76 shares recorded with gain, 161 with decline, and 77 shares were stagnant.
Top gainer: Mayora gained Rp1.050 to Rp16.850, Roda Vivatex gained Rp200 to Rp2.200, Myoh gained Rp125 to Rp3.925, dan Unilever gained Rp100 to Rp18.750.
Top loser: Gudang Garam dropped Rp1.400 to Rp55.100, Indo Tambangraya dropped Rp700 to Rp41.450, Astra Internasional dropped Rp600 to Rp68.850, dan Nipress dropped Rp250 to Rp3.200.
